Processing of IP Addresses

We may temporarily process IP addresses only when necessary to ensure the proper operation and performance of TT Chain Wallet services. This may occur for the following purposes:

Provision of core service functionality, allowing your device to request services from our systems, which is essential for delivering services over the internet.
Handling third-party requests through proxy infrastructure, where personal device information and IP addresses are not directly exposed in the final requests. For example, TT Chain Wallet does not directly route device traffic to multiple third-party services, but instead processes requests through proxy mechanisms to improve user experience and/or enhance privacy protection.
Ensuring service performance and stability, including measuring latency, tracking regional request volumes, routing requests to nearby servers, or implementing necessary technical measures when interacting with third-party platforms, depending on TT Chain Wallet settings.
Compliance with applicable laws or legal obligations, including avoiding the provision of products or services in jurisdictions where such provision is legally restricted or prohibited.
Ensuring product security, reliability, and integrity, including protection against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

Users who wish to further limit the collection of device or usage information may consider using a virtual private network (VPN).

No Collection of Non-Essential Personal Information

We do not collect any non-essential personal information. The categories of personal information that may be processed are described in Section 2 below, including information you may provide and information collected automatically. For TT Chain Wallet users, this may include:

Wallet and transaction information, including wallet addresses, which may be processed via API requests (through URL parameters or request bodies) to enhance user interaction. This applies to the default settings and configurations of TT Chain Wallet, which you may disable or opt out of at any time.
Wallet preference settings, which are shared with the product only when necessary and are typically stored locally on your device. To enable cross-device functionality, such information may be encrypted in a manner designed to ensure that only you can decrypt it on your own devices.
Feedback and survey responses that you choose to provide.
User events and analytics data. When you participate in additional analytics data collection, we may associate your wallet address and transaction hash with user event information. The data processing practices described above apply only when TT Chain Wallet is used with its default settings and configurations. Under these default settings, Infura serves as the default remote procedure call (RPC) service provider.

In certain circumstances, such as service interruptions, we may use alternative RPC service providers to maintain or enhance user experience. You may disable or opt out of these default settings and configurations at any time.
